ABOUT NAPEBT

NAPEBT serves those who serve the public.

Health insurance is more than just a part of an offer letter, it is a powerful toolset that keeps the employee and their family healthy, well and safe. Health insurance is more than just a benefit, it is part of how an organization shows it values its employees and takes care of its people. Wellness is not just a buzzword, it is a state of good health and mental wellbeing that individuals and families should not just pursue but achieve. We, the employers of the Northern Arizona Public Employers Benefit Trust (NAPEBT) feel strongly that taking care of public service employees enables individuals to take care of customers and build community. That is why this group of employers in Northern Arizona comes together in collaboration and partnership, working diligently to ensure the members of the Trust have the highest quality health insurance with the lowest possible premiums. The Trust is vibrant because public service employees who live in Northern Arizona communities and who use the benefits themselves work in partnership with consultants and healthcare experts to make the Trust the success that it is today. Together, we are able to offer more generous benefits than any one member of the Trust would be able to provide alone. Pride in who we are and how we support the health of co-workers has led to an outstanding wellness program built upon successful positive behavior change and the establishment of a health clinic for employees, Vera Whole Health, which offers preventative care, health coaching, and physical therapy to improve health outcomes thereby reducing the cost of care. Keeping employees and their families healthy means lower costs for everyone. When illness occurs, strong benefits support our colleagues so they can focus on healing and getting well. BENEFITS

You can access your benefit information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click on your organization’s website link where you’ll find a wealth of information on all of your NAPEBT benefits. If you have further questions use the telephone number to access your organization’s benefits staff for further assistance.

 

MEETING AGENDAS & MINUTES

The public is invited to check the agenda, which may be posted up to 24 hours prior to the meeting. This information and a copy of agenda background materials presented to the Northern Arizona Public Employees Benefit Trust (with the exception of materials related to possible executive sessions) may also be obtained through Shannon Anderson at 211 W Aspen Avenue, Flagstaff, AZ, 86001 Telephone (928) 213-2084.

Welcome to your award-winning wellness program!  Contact your wellness guide now for some help on how to get started.

Our Mission : To provide a workplace that supports employees, families, and communities in health and wellness to optimize quality of life. 

 

Who:  With our awards winning Wellness Program you and your household 12 yrs old and up can take advantage of our FREE in-person wellness classes! Only employees on the health plan can earn incentives at this time.  

 

What:  Earn wellness points from May 16th to May 15th and earn incentives! Download the Information Packet for a detailed description of what is worth wellness points and the incentives you can earn!  

 

When:  Enter your wellness points by May 15th at 11:59 pm to receive the incentive starting July 1st.

Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

Level One

    Step One: Earn 12 points. 

     

     

    Incentive: $240/yr Insurance Discount or HSA Contribution. 

 

Level Two

    Step Two: Earn 12 more points for a total of 24. 

    Incentive: $120 cash amount added to your paycheck, Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account. 

Level One plus Level Two is a total of $360!
